At The Summit Gym, we welcome people of all fitness levels. Our class participants range from complete beginners to trained athletes. The class on the day will be personally tailored by either Denis or Michael to suit your abilities.

Yes, you can. All of our classes have a ‘pay as you go’ option of €12 per class.

Wear comfortable runners, a bottle of water and a sweat towel. We advise phones to be left in the car to allow you to have some ‘me time’.

Due to insurance reasons, we require that all members be 16 years or older. After that, everyone is welcome as you are never too old to stay fit and active 🙂
